Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- A proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Products that have been altered from their original condition
- Items purchased more than 15 days ago
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your EverTrail Boots:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at: EverTrail Boots Returns Center

- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items as soon as we process your return
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
